(C)One Oil Terminal is an information system designed for operational planning and accounting for liquid cargoes, interacting with fuel carriers, freight forwarders and terminals acting either in the same Group, or as partnering companies. (C)One Oil Terminal allows to:

  • Centrally plan and supervise the execution of operations on several fuel terminals;
  • Take into account peculiarities of processing various types of transport: tankers, railway barrels, pipe-lines and road tank cars;
  • Conduct a comprehensive recording in accordance with the rules of six customs regimes;
  • Display the dynamics of fuel residues and to predict it with flexible granularity;
  • Perform analytical calculations;
  • Provide on-line access to the information to the customers (external users) in accordance with regulations of the principal of information system.

 

(C)One Oil Terminal has been in operation since 2010, but is still an actively developed product, the functionality is continuously growing. Nowadays it has the following features:

  • Contracts with customers: the basic parameters, control on transshipped products;
  • Receipt of requests from clients and coordination of the monthly plans with the railways;
  • Reconciliation of shipments’ schedule with clients on all types of transport, and with a port for handling vessels;
  • Flexible uploading (in unconditioned formats) of actual shipment information and data on measurements from surveyors;
  • Tracking the movements of block trains and separate railway barrels, both approaching and sent ones;
  • Graphical planning of use of berths;
  • Planning works on the piers and other terminal operations, with detailed instructions (used lines and pumps, valves to be opened, etc.);
  • Fixing the actual events by the shift supervisors and measurements by surveyors;
  • Forming of shift reports;
  • Control of collaterals, the change of the product’s ownership / sales (ITT), Inter-terminal pumping, etc.;
  • Stock-taking and inventory in relation to month-closing;
  • Processing of documents related to the loading and discharging of ships;
  • Monitoring the radar readings with a graphical representation of data;
  • Complex record-keeping in accordance with rules of six customs regimes;
  • Automatic generation of instructions for billing and transfer of information to an accounting system;
  • Graphical interface for recording railway maneuvers;
  • Flexible reporting system.
